How a farmacy works
THREE SYSTEMS, ONE BUILDINGFind the building
A vacant tower already has structure, power, water, and an elevator. We take the lease, strip the office fit-out, and plant the floors. The owner keeps the asset; we operate the farm.
Grow the crop
Leafy greens, herbs, mushrooms and Brassica sprouts grow under controlled light in recirculating water. The same crops that feed the street-level market supply the farmaceutical work above it.
Prepare farmaceuticals nearby
The model places growing and preparation in the same converted building, reducing the distance between raw plant material, finished farmaceuticals, and the people they are intended to serve.
