RESIDENTIAL FARMACY

Fresher food. A brighter tomorrow. Grown two feet from your kitchen.

A residential farmacy is a mixed-use indoor farm — greens, mushrooms, herbs, and fish living in one closed-loop system, tucked into a spare room, garage, basement, or purpose-built structure. We design them, build them, and keep them thriving for as long as you own them.

THREE WAYS TO START
Concept render — one freestanding home unitConcept render
THE SINGLE SYSTEM · 4′ × 2′ × 7′

The Single System

Our entry point: one freestanding, five-level aquaponic unit that fits in a closet, mudroom, or garage corner. A 100-gallon tank on the bottom feeds mushrooms, greens and herbs, berries and peppers, and a biofiltration gravel bed above — five ecosystems stacked into 8 square feet of floor space. The fastest way to put a working farm in your home.

RETROFIT BUILDS

Retrofit Builds

Got a sunroom, basement, garage bay, or unused commercial space? We retrofit it into a working farm — running plumbing, electrical, lighting, and racking into the space you already have. Retrofits scale from a single system up to a wall of them, and are the backbone of how we’ve turned spare rooms and back-of-house space into full production.

CUSTOM BUILT FARMS

Custom Built Farms

For clients who want a dedicated structure — a garden-room addition, a farm shed, or a full barndominium-style build — we design and construct the whole thing from the ground up: multiple systems, dedicated fish tanks, and a footprint sized to your household or your ambitions. Our largest builds run entire living spaces alongside 1,000+ square feet of production.

Care tiers

WE KEEP IT THRIVING
  1. 01

    Remote Support

For the confident grower. Phone and video support, system diagnostics, and dosing/feeding guidance on call whenever something looks off. You do the hands-on work; we’re the safety net.

  2. 02

    Monthly Maintenance

A technician visits once a month for water testing, biofiltration checks, pump and light servicing, and seasonal replanting guidance — plus remote support in between visits. The right fit for a well-established single system or retrofit.

  3. 03

    Weekly Management

Full white-glove care: weekly visits to plant, harvest, feed fish, balance water chemistry, and keep every tray producing. Built for custom farms and larger installations where the harvest is the point, not the hobby.

Our portfolio

SINGLE UNITS TO FULL FARMS

We’ve built and installed systems ranging from single home units to full production farms:

PORTFOLIO

School and university aquaponics labs

Multi-tank, multi-rack installations built for daily student use and public tours, including large-scale lettuce and microgreen racking systems producing hundreds of heads a week.

PORTFOLIO

Campus and lobby installations

Architectural farm walls installed in atriums and common spaces, combining grow lighting with full sightlines so the farm becomes part of the building.

PORTFOLIO

Retail and hospitality builds

In-store and back-of-house systems designed for public-facing tours and tastings, complete with staff training.

PORTFOLIO

Home and small-space systems
